Sue & Dwight: Singles Released
Just in time for summer, Canadian folk-roots duo Sue and Dwight announce the release of their new double A-side single.
Dedicated to dreamers everywhere, Side A features “Norman’s In The Moon Again”, the story of a Dreamer and the importance that art plays in making the world a better place. Born during the pandemic, Sue joined a weekly poetry circle and was charmed by the real story of one of the other poets. As a child when he was off writing poetry, sketching or just staring at the stars, his mom always would lovingly shake her head and note “Norman's in the moon again".
And remember how as kids coming off a ride at the fair, we would excitedly exclaim “wow, let’s go again”? That’s the spirit of the second Side-A, “Wasn’t That A Thrill!”. Life is like a roller coaster full of ups and downs. Yet as the song encourages us, we should try to look at the journey like a ride and before we get off, remember what a thrill it was. Channeling the Spirit of the West, the song is a rollicking romp through life.
