Brian Tremblay is back with a brand new single, The Painter. Being an artist himself, Tremblay wanted to capture the spirit and mood of what it must have been like when the Group of Seven came to Algoma and painted. Although a big fan of the groups work, Tremblay wanted to recognize all the painters who came through Algoma to capture it's beauty and bountiful colour. He said, "It's not biographically about the Group of Seven it was inspired by them and all the great art that's made in this area over the past decades."
The Painter comes out November 17 on all the major streaming services. Brian Tremblay is a singer/songwriter from Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Being a vintage musician he takes his musical cues from the great outlaw songwriters before him like Townes Van Zandt, Steve Earle, Blaze Foley, and Waylon Jennings.
