Abigail Lapell returns with Anniversary, out May 10 via Outside Music. An evocative collection of original love songs, the album balances upbeat ear worms with elegiac ballads. Recorded at 200-year-old St. Mark’s Church in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Anniversary was produced with Great Lake Swimmers’ Tony Dekker, who lent his voice to a few spellbinding duets. Release dates include Toronto double album launch with Kaia Kater, May 22 at TD Music Hall.
